President
Don Lemons, company president, founded Christian Brothers Mechanical Services in 1985. Over the past 35 plus years the company has grown to more than 300 employees. Mr. Lemons is a board member of Associated Builders and Contractors (ABC) and is actively involved in their apprentice program.
Vice President of Service
Mr. Knisley is responsible for retrofit and new construction, purchasing, dispatch, sales, service and installation departments. Steve has an AA degree and attended Stationary Engineering Technical School. He has worked in air conditioning and heating for more than 35 years. In the past decade Mr. Kinsley has worked with the Service Department, ensuring proper procedures, paperwork, customer service concepts, dispatch and software, and communication techniques.
Controller
Mr. Richards is responsible for the financial operations of the Christian Brothers Mechanical Services, including accounting, finance and credit functions. He holds a B.A. Degree in Business with a concentration in Accounting from California State University San Bernardino.
